How do I find and create gender pay reports in Umbrella?

To access the Gender Pay Report area, click 'UK Gender Pay' in the second section of the navigation sidebar (Your reports).

This will take you to the UK Gender Pay Report section of the Umbrella app.

Your existing reports are shown on the right. These may be previous attempts at creating this year's report, successful (or draft) reports from previous years, or experiments using historical data for your own comparisons.

To create a new report, click 'New report' in the Page navigation menu on the left of the screen.
